Dispositions let you log text conversation outcomes. When you resolve a conversation on Textline, you’ll be prompted to choose a disposition. Use these to track, categorize, and increase visibility into text conversation outcomes.

Whispers are internal notes you can leave teammates in Textline. Whispers are only visible to your team and stay within each individual text conversation thread. This helps you seamlessly transfer conversations and provide additional context.
